Not just a file on my disk

Drawing on paper is great joy. At the end you have something in your hands that you can hang up or send. Digital drawing, on the other hand, carries the risk of all your artwork simply getting lost somewhere in a folder on your hard disk.

There is a risk of drawing beautiful pictures and then only looking at them on the screen.

For Christmas presents, I printed the horses and the construction machinery poster. And once again I realized how nice it is to see the pictures hanging up at the end. Not because everyone has to know that they are from me or anything.

What fascinates me is when pictures transform a room into more of a home. When they bring a smile to the residents' faces because they like the motif or because the message reminds them of something important.
